CAR WRECK ON EASTBOUND LONG ISLAND EXPRESSWAY LEADS TO FIRE RONKONKOMA, Long Island -- A multi-vehicle wreck led to a car fire on the Long Island Expressway Wednesday morning. Around 10:50 a.m., two vehicles collided in the eastbound lanes, causing one to catch fire. The wreck occurred near Exit 60 (Hawkins Avenue) of the LIE in Ronkonkoma. There is no word on injuries.
